From the photos, your cheeks are very flat in the front, the chin is weak as are the back portions of your jaw line. These combine to create an elongated, oval shaped face.

With that said, you should have an excellent result with buccal fat pad removal and chin augmentation. Your slightly weak chin can be enhanced with augmentation balancing your profile and the buccal fat will remove some of the fullness in the lower cheeks giving you a more structured overall aesthetic. These are very common procedures I perform together often.
