Can PicoSure laser make under eye crepiness get worse? 2 days p.o. (photo)

Picosure helps with tone and texture but is restricted to use over bone.  The lower eyelid skin can be pulled down over the cheek and treated but your lines appear to be close to the lash line.  It would be difficult to treat the skin so close to you eyelashes.

HI!  Did you have eye shield on?  I'm not sure how close to the lash line was the PicoSure laser used.  I usually stay on the bony parts of face, and move the lower eye tissue slightly lower (keeping eye shield on pt) to get the fine lines.  This could also be dryness from the procedure in which case I advise you to use generous amounts of soothing moisturizer without any 'anti-aging' ingredients.   I personally like the Cicalfate emulsion or restorative cream from Avene.   In the future, you may consider a consultation with derm or plastics for injectables in the under eye area to fill the 'creepiness'.
