it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you might benefit from chin liposuction. I see and appreciate the fullness you're talking about. You have a small amount of fullness where the buccal fat pads are, and a small amount under the chin. It's hard to say under the chin if it's fat or gland, would need to perform an exam. However, you may benefit from buccal fat pad removal, the issue is your fullness isn't very severe, so my fear would be that overreaction of the buccal fat pad could make you look gaunt (like demi moore looking, but not that bad because you're young).
Start with masseter botox to thin your lower face. That might give you the look you're looking for, without much risk. You could also seek a second opinion for buccal fat. Dont do facial liposuction or kybella in your face. Its a bad idea.
