Exceptional surgeon- I had surgery 8/28- anterior legs- High volume lipo for lipedema removal. 10 liters were removed. The entire team was kind, prompt with responses when I had issues, and completely professional. I found them to be super helpful, and just real people, dealing with real big surgeries.

Dr. Hagopian and staff are fantastic! Just had lipo of anterior legs. I am healing fantastically, the incisions are perfect. I flew across the country from California for him and he didn't disappoint. He listened to my concerns and came up with a plan for surgeries. 1 down 2 more to go with the best team around!

I would leave more than 5 stars if that was an option. Dr Hagopian has changed my life. I am a lipedema patient who lost 120 pounds but was still left with lipedema and excess skin regardless of diet and exercise. I have had four surgeries with Dr. H and I am extremely happy with my outcome. What I appreciate most is his honesty and compassion for his patients. He will help give you a realistic idea of the outcome you can expect and he doesn't over promise. His staff is wonderful and welcoming too. I have been totally transformed under his care.

Dr. H is the real deal. If the world had more doctors like him, it would be a better place. He is honest, kind, caring, and simply a good human being. I met with several surgeons before landing with Dr. Hagopian and knew immediately within the first 5 minutes he was the one for me. He is the best lipedema surgeon in the US with an eye and skill for best aesthetic outcomes. His team is beyond phenomenal and every single person in the office is professional, caring, and warm. I had my first lipedema removal surgery on 6/13/24 and it was a great experience from the level of care I got at the hospital to the follow up care I received post-op. They work hard to make sure it is a seamless process with meds prescribed prior to surgery, pre-confirmed post-op appointments, and exceptional accessibility. I have yet to send them a message via the patient portal or voicemail that hasn't been responded to in an hour or less, which continues to impress me. Mallory, the NP is so fantastic and caring and extremely knowledgeable. I've spoken to her several times and she came to check on me while still in the hospital. She's just the best. After just 1 surgery on my legs, for the first time in my life I have shape!! I'm excited to continue this journey with such an amazing practice and wonderful surgeon. Dr. H is my hero.

Dr. H is a wonderful PS and doctor who really cares about his patients. I have had lipedema surgery done with him. Last year I had liposuction 360 on my legs to remove lipedema tissue and recently this year 2/22/24 I have had skin excision, knee and thigh lift with additional liposuction. He is one of a few plastic surgeons who have taken the time to learn about lipedema and has been such an asset to our community of lipedema patiients. I was very concerned about having this surgery because I do not accept blood and he was up for the challenge and was the surgery was successful. His new offices on Krog st., atlanta are very nice and his staff is so pleasant. His assistant Mallory is a gem also. She took the time to answer all my questions and concerns with a smile. Thank you Dr. H. for all you have done for me and other lipedema patients like me. Updated on 24 Jul 2024: These are my before and after shots as best I could do them. I am going into my fifth month after surgery as mentioned prior. I understand that it takes at least 6 months to heal and a year before you see the final results. I am still swollen, but at least now I can do my daily 3-6 mile walks again.

I had chin liposuction by Dr. Hagopian almost 3 months ago. Being awake for the procedure wasn't bad at all and the pain afterwards was manageable with just OTC pain killers. I had no bruising whatsoever or any complications. I'm so happy with my more defined jawline!

My experience with Dr. Hagopian was AMAZING. I had more than enough consultations but once meeting with Dr. Hagopian I knew he was the perfect surgeon for my procedure. He listened to me and made sure I was comfortable. HE also respected my wishes and succeeded at what we were trying to accomplish. I would highly recommend him.

I’m 8weeks post op and I am beyond happy & grateful! Dr. Hagopian is very thorough during the consultation and makes you feel very comfortable. He answered all of my questions and even some stuff I didn’t think to ask. I’m truly grateful that I picked him as my surgeon because my results are amazing! I can’t find the words to describe how happy I am!! I highly recommend him if you want amazing results and a surgeon that cares about you and makes you feel comfortable.

Dr. Thomas Hagopian is an amazing doctor! He is very intelligent, detailed, caring and most importantly, he loves to teach. When I came to see Dr. Tom, it was only for a breast reduction; however, I was interested in a possible TT as well. When he did my evaluation, he noticed that I had a hernia and he stated “I could fix that as well”! It was like music to my ears! Dr. Tom did a Breast Reduction with a lift, Drain-less TT with muscle repair, fixed my hernia, lipo my flanks, and upper sides! When I say that I am snatched, it’s really an understatement! My stomach is flat as a flat board. I even had little swelling after surgery! Which makes it even better is that I had noooo drains! I also suffer from keloids; therefore, this brilliant doctor recommended radiation right after surgery to decease the risk of keloids on my surgical scars. When I look at stomach, I cannot believe it’s me! My stomach is so flat and my breast sit up like I am 20 years old again! Thanks Dr.Tom for blessing me with your talents!!!

I honestly can’t say enough about Dr.Tom. As someone who suffered from body issues due to large breasts I had already consulted with one surgeon who made me feel unheard. Dr.Tom was the opposite. I came in with a list of questions that he answered with a smile. I could feel the excitement from him and his nurse. My results are more than I could have hoped for. I have no back pain, and they’re really pretty! His bedside manner was amazing and if I had anymore needs in the plastic surgery realm he’d be the first person I’d ask. I tried to attach pictures but it wouldn’t let me, however he has tons!
