Septorhinoplasty: Nose is too short, too small for my face, and the tip is too upturned after surgery. Was I botched? (Photos)

Hi. I can appreciate your concerns about your surgery. However 11 days post surgery is too early for you to be able to pass any judgement on the result. There is significant inflammation and swelling at this stage and it takes several months before you can see the final result. Indeed, the healing process can take up to 12 months before you can see the final result.  However based on the photos you have provided particularly so early after the surgery, the outcome seems to be good. Turned up tip of nose gives a younger age to a patient and indeed over time tip of nose turns down.
I suspect and hope that in one year time you will be happy with the outcome of the surgery.
Of course prior to surgery, patient and surgeon should always agree on a specific plan of action and you need to talk about this with your surgeon if the outcome is against what you had wished for.
