My nose looks crooked and uneven from the front 6 months post nose job. Will this resolve? (Photo)

A nose can look crooked because the bones and or cartilage are displaced form the middle or are bent or curved.  A nose can also look crooked if the two sides are different shapes / asymmetric.  Swelling after rhinoplasty can cause skin thickness asymmetry and this can also vary on different days and at different times.  It is normal to still have swelling after 6 months and this might be making your nose uneven.  I advise waiting until at least a year has passed before judging the crookedness.  If you are unhappy still the a good will discuss your further options and want to help you if possible.

The asymmetry can be seen in this one picture but you mention other problems as well. It is still early in the healing process to evaluate your results but I suggest you continue follow-up with your surgeon, send a full set of pictures of your nose if you want more detailed comments about your nose from members of this panel, and/or get a second opinion from another rhinoplasty surgeon.
