Had a microneedling treatment yesterday. Overall redness significantly went down when I woke up this morning. She went over my problem spots deeper (surgical scar, hyperpigentation) and those are the spots that look so aggravated now. Is this a normal reaction? You can see these patterns of red dots on parts of my face too, kind of like petechiae, is this from the bleeding? Pretty worried because I thought this was a "little downtime" ordeal but I look like I just had co2 laser. Hope I'll heal

The recommended time in between treatments is 4-6 weeks. As this is enough time to allow your skin to heal and the collagen production to take effect. You can do them in 3 week intervals if you feel it’s necessary and are in a rush to complete your treatments.
