You should never use a medication that has expired (this includes topical medicines like Latisse) even if the bottle hasn't been opened.  There is an expiration date on bottles for a reason.  Medicines and other chemical ins them degrade over time and they can lose their potency or become other forms of chemicals that have other effects.  Be safe!

Thank you for your question.  I would not recommend using expired Latisse or other other medications for that matter.  It is safer to use a product within its designed shelf life.
