Had my first session of laser almost 6 weeks ago. Was looking to only reduce the amount of hair in legs and arms, however more hair seems to have been lost than I expected (especially on legs). It is also patchy. I don’t have anymore treatments will it mostly grown back and fill out?

If there is a hair underneath, these are hair follicles. In this case, laser hair removal treatment would address this issue. The dark spots will absorb the light from the laser, with goof results. At times 2-6 treatments may be necessary to remove all the underlying follicles...

Hello, thank you for your question. It is the hair follicle that is absorbing the heat of the laser, the follicles go deep into the skin, so does the heat sensation. It does not help to use a topical numbing cream/spray to make it more comfortable. The cream lays on top of the skin and the ha...
