Would IPL work for my purple & blue under eye dark circles?

I have hereditary purple/blue/red dark circles. Would IPL laser be a good choice to reduce them? I’ve previously had far grafting app my tear troughs are pretty flat. I only want a permanent treatment so I’m not looking to do any fillers.

There are many things you can do to treat under eye hollows and dark circles. A surgical option to remove skin and/or fat will be the best long term.  However, non invasive less downtime options such as fillers, lasers, microneedling/PRP, cosmelan peels and stem cells can all help give some improvement. Hello Kara.  If you do not want fillers. this will be a tough one.  You can try IPL, but it's doubtful that it will work.  The concentration of blood vessels in the thin skin under the eyes it what makes this appear pink.  In this situation, especially where you do not need surgery, we opt for fillers (see link) every time.
