Would IPL work for my purple & blue under eye dark circles?

There are many things you can do to treat under eye hollows and dark circles. A surgical option to remove skin and/or fat will be the best long term.  However, non invasive less downtime options such as fillers, lasers, microneedling/PRP, cosmelan peels and stem cells can all help give some improvement. Hello Kara.  If you do not want fillers. this will be a tough one.  You can try IPL, but it's doubtful that it will work.  The concentration of blood vessels in the thin skin under the eyes it what makes this appear pink.  In this situation, especially where you do not need surgery, we opt for fillers (see link) every time.
