I had a breast reduction in Jan 2016. I went from a 34 DD+ to a small C. My breasts are now 30% larger. What might be the cause?

I am 5'2" and a very fit woman in my mid 50's. I have gotten contradictory input from my surgeon, internist and OBYGN about how my age, hormone replacement regimen may affect this and would like to know once and for all why this happened and how to remedy this. Lipo? Hormone med changes? New surgery? Best suggestions, please to correct this nightmare. Thank you!
