I just had Halo/BBL treatment done one week ago. My face is sooo Broke Out with Acne! I haven't had this much acne since I was 14! I am scheduled for two more treatments and am concerned about the implications from this procedure! I don't even see any improvement yet in my skin. Can you help please? I am on a great line of ZO products so I know that is not the problem

This is not uncommon. We treat this with a short dose of antibiotics.  I recommend following up with your provider. Best of luck.

Acne is VERY common after a Halo treatment. Your skins balance is adjusting. Please make sure your provider has customized you regimen post.. it could be that your using occlusive or thick products clogging new skin. It takes some time for your skin to adjust. Proper hydration is key.

Acne is not uncommon after a Halo treatment. It takes some time for your skin to adjust to the disruption of the oils in the skin. Please contact your laser provider about getting you through the acne with skincare or prescriptions.

To answer your question about improvement, it really depends on WHAT you want to achieve. HALO is a great laser for mild sun damage, wrinkles and ageing. It is a low downtime laser. That is it. As for acne, this is because the occlusion post laser clogs oil gland. Swapping to a less occlusive moisturiser at day 3 will help, as can a short sharp course of Abs.
