I am great candidate for Invisalign. My bottom teeth are so crowded that plaque grows quickly. My doctor recommend getting gum graft. Should I get the gum graft before or after my Invisalign treatment ?

Yes, you can gargle warm salt water with your Invisalign trays/aligners in. These aligners are made with extremely durable material. Hope you’re getting better with whatever reason you’re gargling with warm salt water.
