Could lump under my belly button be the source of my low grade fever after lipo?

Straightforward7800
I got ab lipo done 8 days ago. No drains, just stitches. 48 hrs later, I developed fever 98,6- 100,4 F. My surgeon had me on 3 different antibiotics by IV for 6 days. I did abdominal CT, there is very little fluid in the liposuctioned area and besides that, all is normal. Now my surgeon has taken out the stitches, told me the wound has healed properly, and the ongoing fever has nothing to do with the lipo. I have 10 inch long hard lump below my belly button. Can this be the source of inflammation?
