I've seen 3 different dermatologists about removing a pesky sun spot on my cheek. I've used Tretinoin, had Microneeding, IPLs, TCA peels, and nothing can lighten it. Now I'm looking for something a bit more aggressive. One derm says he can freeze it or laser it (CO2) but there would be a chance of scarring. Another medspa says I could do Fractora. And then another medspa says a series of Fotofacial RF can knock it out, but I've done Laser Genesis IPLs and it was a waste of time and money. Please advise.
