My face is too short. What should I do to make it look regular? (Photo)

1. I find my face is to short, Moreover it's round that's why it looks disproportionate. What should I do to make it look regular? 2. Will bigger chin change something? Is this possible for me, to get chin like I posted here?

A 10 mm medpor implant is quite large.  A chin implant this size will make the chin wider as well as more projected.  I usually recommend an advancement genioplasty when a patient wants that much projection.  The advancement genioplasty will also give you the best neck form....

Her eyebrows are trimmed in some of the last pictures, upper eyelid blepharoplasty, augmentation of lower eyelid grooves, cheek implants or fillers, possible buccal fat removal, and nasal tip changes. Did she have any air brushing in the "after" pictures where her make-up is very nicely done?
