I'm on my 3rd Brazilian laser treatment and I also feel that my outer majora lips feel softer/or deflated. I thought about it and maybe it's because there is no more hair under the skin somewhat supporting the skin with the hairs structure from the follicle. I did have coarse/dark pubic hair and a lot of follicles. Could the soft loose feeling maybe not be from tissue/fat loss what some people think, but the actual destruction of the hairs structure under the skin?

interesting question. I have seen patients who get thin labia whether they have hair or no hair at all. the fat content in the labia goes down with time. and they get skinny, loose skin and sometimes the number of hair actually goes down even without any treatment. i do labiaplasty procedures. u can watch the video (link below) that might be able to solve your problem

No, it is unlikely that laser hair removal is making fat/tissue loss in this area. Keep in mind, it will take a series of treatments. Best, Dr. Emer

Laser Hair Removal does not cause collagen or fat loss in the treated area.  You are probably just feeling the fact that you used to have more hair in this area than you do now.  The hair follicles do not provide support to the skin, so you will not have any loss of structure or skin thickness.
