I had a breast reduction in Dec 2013 and had another in July 2015 because my breast grew back. It's been 2 months since my second surgery and they are already growing back AGAIN! I have maintained my weight and actually lost weight yet they are still growing.... Any thoughts on why this keeps happening??

There are no set criteria for insurance coverage in breast reduction. I would recommend that you resubmit a claim as initial denials are fairly common.
