Is it common for breasts to re-grow after a reduction?

I had a breast reduction in Dec 2013 and had another in July 2015 because my breast grew back. It's been 2 months since my second surgery and they are already growing back AGAIN! I have maintained my weight and actually lost weight yet they are still growing.... Any thoughts on why this keeps happening??

There are no set criteria for insurance coverage in breast reduction. I would recommend that you resubmit a claim as initial denials are fairly common.

A remote fungal infection would be no contraindication to a breast reduction. Any topical treatment you are receiving can be continued through the operative period.

Is breast reduction very painful?

In my opinion, breast reduction is not exceedingly painful.  The good thing is that your surgeon will manage your pain to keep manageable and at the end of your recovery period your back and neck will be pain-free.
