How to take care of eyes while on Accutane?

I am going to start a second round of accutane next month and was wondering if anyone has advice on how to take care my eyes. During my first course, I remember having a lot of problems with dryness and my vision got slightly worse. I am really excited to get rid of my acne but don't want to compromise my eyesight. Does anyone have suggestions or product recommendations because I am worried about starting treatment when my eyes are already pretty dry. Thank you!

I think you might need an increase in your dose.  Check with your doctor on that.  Sometimes you may need to be on an antibiotic along with the Accutane if the acne is severe.  Sometimes even an oral steroid may help for a short period of time when you start Accutane if the acne...
