Thank you for your question in regards to a Brazilian butt lift. It is best to discuss with your provider on what they recommened for post-op instructions. To be sure, see two or more board-certified plastic surgeons in your area for a full and complete evaluation to make sure you are a good candidate and that it is safe for you to have surgery. I hope this helps.
You can try the BBLpillow.com this is a firm, foam pillow that can work at work and for your car. It will alleviate any pressure from your hips or buttocks.Best wishes,Dr.Bruno
I will recommend you to ask your surgeon about this. I do recommend my patients to use a memory foam pillow that can distribute the pressure more evenly on the buttocks, but it is also important, in the first 2 weeks to avoid sitting in the same position for more than 20 minutes, this to allow a better blood supply to the grafted fat in the buttocks.
I recommend using a Boppy pillow or Booty Buddy pillow. If you want something simpler, a memory foam pillow will work too. While the memory foam pillow will distribute the pressure on your butt, the first two will keep you from putting any pressure on it and therefore will not compromise the circulation for your butt. This is essential to maximize the survival of the transferred fat and to keep the overall shape.
Each surgeon has their own post operative protocol and guidelines to follow after surgery. I stress the importance to patients to massage the liposuctioned areas to ensure smooth results. Please address this with your surgeon. Regards,
Fat embolism will always be a risk when conducting a BBL. That being said, they are very rare. Fat injection can happen two different ways; injection into the gluteus muscle and injection into the existing buttocks fat. The gluteus muscle is what contains the blood vessels your plastic surgeon...

Medical clearances are important and should be done by your primary care physician as he or she knows your medical history. I recommend explaining the situation to your primary care provider and or your chosen physician. Regards,
Far more important than the technique is the skill and experience of your plastic surgeon. Choose your surgeon rather than the technique and let them explain why one technique may be better than another. See the below link on some suggestions on finding the most qualified Plastic Surgeon for y...
Thanks for the question. You should be able to go on vacation by 3-4 weeks after your surgery. But this is valid only with assuming postoperative recovery is uneventful. If any unexpected incident happens in your treatment process, this time can be extended or shortened. I wish you all the best.
