Can you use acne creams when you are about to do fraxel laser?

I am going to do fraxel laser in a couple days for acne scars, i dont have acne anymore but still use the acne creams, is it fine to use them even during the fraxel treatment ? Also, does fraxel cause breakout ?

I would speak to your treating physician.  Injection of lidocaine should provide better pain control than topical.  You can always try topical to see how you do with it. We normally use topically numbing for fraxel restore and leave it on for an hour. Good luck with your continued treatment.
