Indent on side of nose after blunt trauma, will this fully heal or will I need cosmetic intervention? (Photos)

Affectionate962501
About 4 weeks ago, my 6-year-old accidentally headbutted me while I was wearing sunglasses. The nose pad of the glasses hit the side of my nose very hard. I did not have bleeding, an open cut, or difficulty breathing, but the area swelled and bruised. Now, weeks later, I still see a noticeable indent/imprint in the shape of the glasses pad, especially under direct or overhead light. The edges around the indent look a little raised or firm, and the middle looks caved in. Sometimes it feels squishy or clumpy, not like hard bone. I can also see and feel a “heartbeat” in that area when my circulation is higher. I’m feeling very discouraged and worried this may be my new normal. I’d really appreciate any insight into whether this is likely to fully heal on its own, or if there are treatments (non-surgical or surgical) that can help if it doesn’t improve. Thank you.
