How Long Should I Wait in Between At-home Teeth Whitening Systems?

I am currently using Crest White strips Intensive Professional Effects but I'm worried they won't give me the result I am hoping for. How long should I wait in between systems to not cause any harm to my pearly whites?? :-D

You should see your dentist to check the fit of the tray and also only apply a drop to each tooth well.  Adding too much bleach to the resevoir will cause it to overflow onto your gum.  The tissue should recover and grow back.  I advise to add some Vitamin E to the area.  You...

From your description it sounds that some micro fractures occurred in your central teeth and were filled with coffee/tea. The recommendation will be just to continue to whiten the teeth and avoid colored drinks
