I'm 30 years old black woman.I used to have oval face with chubby cheeks after getting pregnant & giving birth my face became very thin the jawline from my ear till chin almost makes an actual triangle.my cheeks became flat & I developed tear trough,mild under eye bags & nasolabial fold. which one is better fat injection or sculptra for cheek fullness?how long do they last?Can filler remove nasolabial fold & tear trough ?can eye bags removed by using creams or do I have to remove them surgically?

Eye bags likely can't get better with creams. Fat grafting and Sculptra are both excellent options depending on your preference, anatomy, and location of aging process. You need to have a full facial rejuvenation consultation and evaluation to determine what's best for you.

You should be seen by an advanced filler injector and board-certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon. There are additional questions that need to be asked and answered, and it ks important to actually see you to see what is going on.Either option would be beneficial.  If you have become thin because of loss of fat, fat injections may be the best option for you. Have you lost weight overall? Do you plan to gain some weight in the near future? Sculptra lasts more than two years, and in my experience, the duration of fat injections is variable, and dependent also upon the amount injected and the processing of the fat before injected.  Fillers can help nasolabial folds and tear troughs. However, eye bags are a complex issue. There are many different causes and therefore many potential solutions. This is one of those situations where a consultation is in order!
