The enzyme hyaluronidase is an excellent and safe option in experienced hands (e.g. see a dermatologist) to remove any excess or unwanted hyaluronic acid-based filler.

Since it has been a year and a half now, you need to decide if you are happy with the overall look. If your answer is still no, then you have the option of reversing it. Voluma is marketed as a two year filler. Dissolving injections don’t work that well on a highly cross linked filler like voluma that is also likely placed deep. Surprising that 1 cc would overfill cheeks.
