I had one vial of Sculptra in Jan. 7 months later and my cheekbones are huge and face is puffy. What can be done? (Photo)

I am sorry you are having this problem, as well as your other disappointments with prior treatments. I have been writing for years already that that there is little hard science behind fraxel lasers and other devices for much of what they are heavily marketed for. I have also written on numerous occasions why I stopped using Sculptra over a half dozen years ago, since it is expensive, requires several treatment sessions to achieve the desired results, does not provide immediate results, and cannot be reversed by any known treatment, if an adverse event should occur, as in your case. There is no hyaluronidase equivalent for Sculptra misadventures. One can try the use of intralesional steroids, oral antibiotics, and even a short course of oral steroids for the problem you describe. And once the problem is controlled, you would be wise to seek a board certified aesthetic physician to discuss the use of injectable hyaluronic acid-based volumizing fillers to achieve the aesthetic goals you desire. Sculptra does well for long lasting volume and I still use quite a bit of it. Since your problems are so far removed from time of injection I am not sure that they are related. I would visit back with your doctor and see what they think. I do think that some HA filler or radiesse right between your chin and angle of the jaw, injected properly, would get you what you are asking about.
