How long does it take for Spironolactone to kick in for the treatment of Seborrhoea?

I have been on Spironolactone for one month for Seborrhoea, I do not really have bad acne just seborrhoea, i have not really seen a decrease in sebum yet I am on 100mg is this medication not working for me? or does it take longer to kick in thank you :)
