but I really don't want to spend so much, and I know there's payment plans but it's probably like a car payment, .......I'm not actually sure what is exactly what I need, but my problem is my stomach I'm not comfortable with it, plus i think I would also need a lift. What would you doctors recommend?

Hello, to determine the exact procedures to recommend you, is necessary to review their photographs taken in front, side and back.I agree that to improve this area sometimes is necessary to perform Tummy tuck with liposuction or lipoinyection , but i need to see more pictures to evaluate your case.

Congratulations on your weight loss.   You need to see a local expert surgeon in your area so you can discuss your concerns, wishes and fears.    From the examination, you and your surgeon could formulate a plan.   The biggest change within the body lifting is the abominoplasty with liposuction of the trunk.   Good luck

requires a consultation so your concerns can be appreciated and the areas of concern evaluated to determine what would be best to help you achieve your goals.  You can start at home by looking at your belly button when laying on your back as this will be the likely result from a tummy tuck and you will have to decide if that is good enough and worth it to you.  As for your breasts, again, an evaluation and knowing your expectations are necessary in order to provide you with recommendations.

The one feature I see you would benefit the most is to do a tummy tuck with liposuction of the hips and flanks.  Doing a lessor procedure such as only liposuction will not give you a flat stomach with a hour glass waist.  Your breasts do not look too saggy but an augmentation mammoplasty will improve appearance as well.  I don't feel you need a lift or the scars associated with a breast lift.
