Calf implant removal. Any suggestions?

I'm getting my calf implants removed as they are too big for my legs and look and feel unnatural. They are also not symmetrical. How long does recovery take? Will it be powerful? Will i be left with saggy skin?

Calf implant removal - recovery?

Thank you for asking about your calf implant removal.
  • I am sorry you want your calf implants removed but hope all goes well.
  • You are likely to hurt for several days after the implants are removed.
  • Your legs should be snugly bandaged or you should wear compression hose for 4 weeks to get the skin to reattach.
  • Skin sagging is hard to predict - even with an examination but unless your implants were very large, skin may be looser but chances are it won't sag.
  • Hope all goes well.

Implant removal

Usually the skin does fine. Are you changing to smaller implants? The recover discomfort should be minimal for removal. I hope this helps.
