I had (Soprano Ice) laser hair removal done - What is this: burn/blister? Will it scar or heal? (photo)

This looks like it may be a burn. I recommend following up with a cosmetic dermatologist for after care. I recommend silicone gel with growth factors and hyperbaric oxygen to promote healing. It appears you have a slight burn to your skin.  It should heal quickly. Make sure you don't exfoliate or wax 3 days before having a laser hair removal treatment.

Thank you for your question and picture. I am sorry to hear you had this complication after laser hair removal. From the picture, it looks like it is a small burn. It should heal very nicely. Make sure you avoid picking at it and stay away from the sun as much as possible. A different type of laser or different laser settings should be used next time to avoid this. I hope this help. This is a burn that should heal. With your dark skin type, you need to have a 1064 laser used. I would ask your provider as to how to treat this. It looks like it is healing appropriately though.
