Is my underbite the cause of my hollow under eyes? (Photos)

I have a pretty bad underbite and asymmetry which im getting corrected very soon, but I also have hollow under eyes when I'm only 19! From what I've researched i understand that the hollowness can be causes by lack of soft tissue or because of bone structure. So can the double jaw surgery procedure improve or fix this problem?

It is really tough to say from these photos. You would need to take a good lateral X-ray and be evaluated in office by a jaw surgeon.
