Do I have Long Face Syndrome? Can jaw surgery fix my facial asymmetry? (photos)

Recently I learned of Long Face Syndrome - do I have it? Regardless, I would be a good candidate for jaw surgery and what I need (double or just lower). If I don't have long face syndrome, am I still a good candidate for jaw surgery - could it give me a more balanced and contoured face? one side of my face sits higher and is definitely more pleasing. OR is rhinoplasty and genioplasty? I want to get the 'right' procedure instead of the most convenient. *I received cheek filler 3 months ago.
