Strip FUT hair transplantation; can removing the strip of skin and then stitching your scalp together pull on your facial skin?

can strip fut when removing a piece of skin and then stitching the scalp together pull your facial skin and time in anyway. When the strip wound is closed pressure to close the skin has been made so there is force and stretching. can this pressure of stretching also stretch your face as the skin on your face is connected to the scalp skin. When i pull the skin on the back of my scalp it also pull my facial skin. regards
