Follow up question: Did I ruin my hair transplant? (photos)

My previous post about using a turban three days after the transplant. Ever since that day, I saw a lot of grafts falling out everyday in the shower, I already say more than 400 grafts falling out. could it be possible that many more have been damaged and fall out in the up coming days. I tried to contact my doctor and he s on vacation. I feel helpless. Is there a way to stop the damage and the falling atleast temporarily on my own. Please see the attached pictures & confirm if I m right.

You may have lost the grafts.  No way to tell based on photos alone.  The best thing to do is to minimize further damage.  Wearing tight turbans can cause traction and grafts to dislodge.  Follow the post operative instructions given to you by your doctor.  I am sure your doctor will answer his/her emails even if they are on vacation.  Try emailing your doctor.

Without seeing your scalp up close, it's not possible to tell if any permanent injury occurred. In general, one must be extremely careful for the first 7 days after a hair transplants, and slightly cautious for the next 5 too. Ask your surgeon or his designate for advice on how best to proceed.

I think your grafts look good.  I would continue with routine post operative care as recommended by your doctor and follow up as soon as he is back from vacation.  If your growth is poor after three months, you can consider cellular therapy which is very helpful in stimulation of hair growth.

You are worrying about graft loss after wearing a turban. What you are describing is the normal shedding after a hair transplant that happens in 95% of people. All of the grafts will probably shed by the end of the first month and then regrow starting somewhere between the 4-6 months. Don't worry but if you think you damaged it, see your doctor.
