My previous post about using a turban three days after the transplant. Ever since that day, I saw a lot of grafts falling out everyday in the shower, I already say more than 400 grafts falling out. could it be possible that many more have been damaged and fall out in the up coming days. I tried to contact my doctor and he s on vacation. I feel helpless. Is there a way to stop the damage and the falling atleast temporarily on my own. Please see the attached pictures & confirm if I m right.

Answer: You may have lost the grafts. The best thing to do is to minimize further damage.

Transplanted hairs do not immediately turn white or change colors after surgery. Unless you had your white hairs dyed before surgery and the dye is washing off.
It is very difficult to comment without seeing your pics but in my opinion, you should keep on using minoxidil even though it is just increasing the time period of hair on your scalp. As it will help to decrease the requirement of grafts right now. You can have a limited number of grafts now ...
