What are these on my nose? (Photos)

This has been on my nose for the last couple of years. They do not change in size. I have had dermapen, co2 laser and other countless treatments like electrosurgery and chemical peels. Co2 and electrosurgey only helped a little. Are these raised acne scars or acne? What treatment would be helpful? Would Accutane be helpful in this scenario since the bumps/spots are not new and I hardly break out. Thank you for your time.

Thanks for your question. We see this commonly in the first couple of months on therapy, and most likely in a few months you will be very pleased with the improvement.  I always tell my patients to hang in there.  The medication can seem to bring out acne that was going to come along...

Thanks for your question.  I have had patients get tattoos and piercings during their accutane course, but it is not generally recommended.  If you can possibly wait, your risk of scarring is much less, so I would encourage you to try and wait at least a month or two after your last...

Thank you for your question. A side effect of Accutane is skin sensitivity, which increases the risk of scarring. In my opinion, any skin trauma or injuries should be attempted 6 months after stopping Accutane treatment. I recommend you consult with your prescribing physician regarding any...
