Would it be better to do liposuction or gastric sleeve? (Photos)

I am interested in getting the Gastric sleeve. I workout 5 times a day I'm very healthy I do weights and cardio but the weight won't come off. Would it be better to do liposuction or gastric sleeve? I have been working out for 5 years I use to weigh a lot more but I'm still not where I want to be.

It would all depende on your Body Mass Index (BMI) rather than pictures. I would recommend you touch base with a bariatric surgeon either personally or online to see your options and what would be your best option. I hope this helps.
