Question

Had a few small moles bottom of my back to tidy my back up.I decided to see Dermo in a well known chain of skin clinics. Discussed options/outcomes & opted for laser removal as least amount of scarring. Had procedure,2 mths on still red / purple not much fading.regreting red scars left by the laser 3times the size of freckles.kept all of them clean, moisturized started using Silcone sheets to reduce the redness no changes gone more purple! what i can do to reduced the redness/speedup the healing

I'm sorry to hear that you have persistent erythema (redness) of the skin following mole removal by laser ablation. Typical intra-dermal naevus or mole is a raised lesion as opposed to a flat freckle. 
In my experience moles are best removed using radio-frequency ablation or cauterisation as this is a very precise ablation, removing only the cells of the mole and not affecting the surrounding skin. With the laser I'm afraid the energy to remove the mole through heating can't be controlled and thus you often get collateral damage to the skin around and below the lesion which can lead to a prolonged healing time as in your case.
It may take many months for the redness to resolve but the process can be speeded up using PRP (Platlet Rich Plasma) with derma needling. It is also essential to use high factor SPF50 sun protection to the area if it is exposed.
