Best laser hair removal for pale skin and dark hair?

Hi, Can you please advise which laser hair removal is the most effective for pale light skin and dark hair. I have tried IPL with little results. I am not looking for something permanant and I am expecting to go for top up treatments. Preferably something not too uncomfortable so I can treat areas like the bikini Thank you!

Lasers are often from other countries and safe.  What matters if they are FDA cleared or validated to ensure safety.  I suggest only going to a well trained laser physician who is reputable. Best, Dr. Emer.

 Electrolysis is not a good option for hair removal especially for people of color.  areas of hyperpigmentation. The best laser for hair removal for people of color is a YAG 1064 laser.

 In my opinion laser hair removal is not a problem for 14-year-old. If this is causing her significant problems especially in school seek treatment from experience practitioners.
