I have a 3-5mm open and over bite. I’ve attached pictures and was wondering whether surgery is worth getting with this or whether that would be too extreme for my case. I would also like to know how the surgical option would affect my facial features (based on research, I assume that I need a double jaw surgery) therefore would this affect the size of my nose/how long my face is, whether my gums would no longer show when I smile and etc. Any advice would be extremely appreciated, kind Regards!
