How can I fix my uneven and fat jaw line? (Photo)

Question

I would like a slimmer v-shape to my face. I also feel like one side of my face is pudgier that the other. And my lips lean to one side. My jaw looks uneven and chubby. How can I change that? I’m only 23 and I don’t want to get surgeries that have high risks of long term problems. If there is a surgery that could fix this, what you suggest and what are the risks?

Hi,
You may benefit from buccal fat reduction to reduce the chubby cheek appearance.  Augmenting the upper portion of your cheekbone can also change and enhance the contour of the face.  A chin implant or chin bone advancement may also enhance your profile if your chin is weak on profile view.

If you are trying to avoid surgery, Botox to your jawline (specifically the masseter muscle) can improve your facial symmetry by decreasing the size of your muscle on your larger side.  Hope this helps.
