What procedures are there to fix my uneven jaw line? (Photo)

Hello professionals, My uneven jaw on the left side, just below my lips makes my face look droopy on one side. You can see that the left side is rounder and less defined. I like the right side of my face. You can see the slight bent shape on the right side, which I think it looks feminine and defined. I'd like to match my I seriously consider to fix it, but I am not sure which cosmetic procedures would fix my uneven jawline. I'd like a professional opinion from plastic surgeons.

An experience face specialist can determine if your uneven jaw is mostly from soft tissue, bone, or sometimes both.  X-ray and CT imaging may help to diagnose the underlying reason in some cases.  Once the diagnosis is made, treatment can range from injections of Botox, removal of buccal fat in the cheek, or shaving of jaw bone for correction.

Jaw reduction surgery is one way to correct your asymmetry, but another non-operative method that may work for you is Botox injections into your masseter muscle, which would selectively slim the muscle on the larger size.  Hope this helps.

Thanks for sharing your photos and questions.Everyone has some asymmetry to their face.  This is normal, as the two sides of the face develop like sisters, not twins.  If you are very bothered by this, you could consider a jaw reduction on the side you don't like.  I think that reducing the angle of the jaw on the left side would help smooth that contour and make it look like the right.  It also looks like you have a slight muscle weakness of the lower lip on the left side. Jaw contouring procedures involve the addition and removal of bone from specific areas of the face. Your photos are excellent, but these subtle differences are best assessed with an in depth consultation, along with a CT scan to look at the underlying bone structure. That being said, your issues can probably be addressed with jaw contouring.
