I use golden pearl cream for my melasma on my face but I don't know is it safe for my skin or maybe it cuse permanent damage to my skin, any recommendations please?

Answer: Melarase creams are a safe answer for melasma
There are many precipitors for melasma and pigmentation. I would start with the Melarase Brightening Kit with Melapads, Melarase AM, Melarase PM, and Replenish; followed by a combination of Covalent peels, Yag laser, and light fractional laser.

My melasma program last for 10 weeks, so at week one, you should not be having these side effects- possibly the HQ at that concentration is causing irritation. I suggest you speak to your dermatologist about titrating the dose. Melasma can not be completely cured, however effective treatment ...
