Could my deviated septum be causing my headaches?

Im 20 now and when at age 7, a bump on my nose bridge started to grow to where it is quite visible from a side view of my face and you can see a sharpish point on the sides of the bump; also my left nostril is blocked inside. With any form of pressure on it, I get a tickle-y feeling like I'm about to sneeze and a really painful headache follows. I only noticed the pain when I tried wearing any pair of glasses but now it could be the lightest pressure that triggers a weighty, lengthly headache.

Hi k1ttykat,Thank you so much for the elaborate explanation. Based from this, it seems that your symptoms is pointing towards a rhinologic contact point pain caused by the pressure between the septum and the middle turbinate, the two opposing structure in the nose, which usually originates on the area of the nose, radiating to the mid of the head (inside) or the forehead. Should this be the case, a simple procedure can be done to improve it.
