Thank you for your question!  Your dental implants with not interfere with any LHR treatments.  From personal experience, you will not feel a difference.  The laser energy will not go that deep.  IF it were to cause any sensitivity, you could simply place a piece of gauze between your cheek for a little extra depth but I don't think it would be necessary.  Best of luck.
