A year after rhinoplasty correction of a pierced deviated septum, I still have problems with blockage in the night. It tends to be worse in drier environments (heated home in winter). Someone suggested I use a steam inhaler but I see there are two types on the market - those which emanate hot steam and those with a cool mist. Do you think it could help and which type should I go for - hot or cold? Many thanks.

You should ask your surgeon about any particular restrictions following the surgery. In general application of lights masks when they are not exerting any pressure on the nose is permitted by most surgeons.
Hello thank you for your question and provided information as well.. based in your question its doesnt affect your ability to play sports , but after this procedure you have to take a rest and follow up the instruction from your plastics surgeon .
