You are still early in the healing process and what you are seeing are not your final results yet. You may still be experiencing swelling, bruising and muscle and tissue tightness. These will resolve on their own as your body heals. It usually takes around 6 months to fully heal and by then you would already be able to conclude your results. It would be best to follow your surgeon's instructions for now. At 3 months time, however, you may already somehow see where your results are going. It is too early to consider revision surgery.

It does look like the pocket is slightly tighter on one side compared to the other which has caused constriction around the implant. In many cases this will resolve on its own with time but it would be best for you to make your plastic surgeon aware so they can keep an eye on it.It may be that you will need revision surgery to help release the implant but your surgeon will be able to advise on if this is necessary or not. Wishing you all the best with your recovery.
