I have on both of my feet that were caused by wearing tight shoes. I tried using hydroquinone, Elocon cream (0.1 Mometasone Furoate) and some over the counter whitening creams and nothing has worked. I also went to a laser clinic for a consultation in which the laser that removes tattoos was tested but it also had no effect. I mostly wear sandals now and I moisturize my toes and exfoliate them as much as I can but nothing has changed. Are there any treatments that can actually work?
