It is normal to hear different sounds coming from the breasts after breast reduction. This is usually due to a space that was created when the tissue was removed. That space under the skin is filled with air and fluids and it could lead to these sounds being produced.

As you move these small pockets can create a variety of sounds that resolve spontaneously once your results mature. Hang in there, all should improve with time.
