There are several options to treat an aging neck and it may be that you'll have the best results from a combination of treatments.  FaceTite is a minimally invasive procedure that uses RF technology to tighten skin.  It is often helpful to follow up with Morpheus8 treatments that target improvement in skin tone and texture.  Neither treatment requires general anesthesia.  Other options are available such as lasers and chemical peels.  We always recommend using medical grade skin care products like Transform MD and wearing sunscreen every day.

For crepey neck skin, two of my favorite treatment options are microneedling and Radiesse! Microneedling helps stimulate your body's natural collagen production, improving skin texture, thickness, and overall quality over a series of treatments. Hyperdilute Radiesse is a biostimulator that works differently than traditional filler. Rather than adding volume, it encourages your body to produce new collagen and elastin, which can help improve crepiness, firmness, and skin quality over time. I typically recommend combining the two treatments to optimize results. This doesn’t replace surgery but is a good way to see gradual improvement over time as new collagen develops.
