Is it safe to have 140-170 joules administered at once rather than a series of 3-4 passes? Has there ever been any damage to organs or serious side effects from the liver/lymphatic system having to process the fat? Is it difficult on the heart or veins? Also, is there a concern regarding how smooth the final result will be? I have read some online reviewers state that some have had a "roping" effect under the skin.
